The Ideal Team Member Will:


  • Be able to diagnose and perform replacement of Commercial and Restaurant HVAC related components.
  • Possess a complete understanding of refrigeration function and theory.
  • Have strong working knowledge of how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and Refrigeration units.
  • Understand sequence of operation for Package rooftop units, Refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines etc.) with Kitchen cooking equipment (Hot-side) experience is a plus Have all tools required to properly perform job duties
  • Be able to adjust, learn and be proficient with Service Titan software
  • Properly complete and submit service invoices directly to the customer
  • Be able to educate customer on other products and services offered by Executive Air

Position Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be EPA certified. N.A.T.E. certified a plus
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, do extensive kneeling, squatting and stooping (often in cramped quarters), and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent organizational skills, must be motivated, a self-starter, and able to follow through on duties and assignments
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
  • Must be able to work a rotating on-call schedule. (1 week on at a time, generally achieve 50-60 hours that week, 40-50 hours when not on call)

Experience:


  • 5 years HVAC Field Experience (Preferred)
  • 3 years commercial/refrigeration field experience (Preferred)
