  Each precision tune-up consists of a 30 point checklist where our technicians will inspect the entire system including the indoor and outdoor coils, clear and treat the condensate drain and drain pan, check and tighten all electrical connections, check the amp draw on capacitors, motors, compressor, etc., check air flow, brush off the evaporator coil, rinse the condenser coil, verify heater operation (only check heat in the fall/ winter), check the temperature splits in cool mode and heat mode (only check heat in the fall/ winter), and check refrigerant pressures if necessary.
